2019 Canada 50-cent Queen Victoria Jubilee Rectangular Fine Silver (No Tax)
Queen Victoria reigned from 1837 to 1901 and in 1897, she celebrated 60 years on the throne. The first Diamond Jubilee was performed to honour the mentioned occasion. And its image is used on this 2019 50-Cent Queen Victoria Jubilee Rectangular Fine Silver Coin, a coin that celebrates the 200th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Victoria's birth.
This stamp-inspired coin comes with a design that was originally designed by Peleg Franklin Brownell and Lyndwode Charles Pereira. The image on the left is inspired by a 1837 painting of Her Majesty Queen Victoria by Alfred Edward Chalon. On top of these, the coin is encapsulated as well as presented in a Royal Canadian Mint-branded clamshell that comes with a beautiful black box, further enhancing its grandiosity.
