Struck by the Franklin Mint, this Bahamas coin commemorates one year of independance from British rule. The obverse features the Arms of the Bahamas with the date below it. On the reverse, Sir Milo B. Butler, Governor-General, is tilted 3/4 to the right, looking onward. The coin has a few spots but otherwise appears good. The cardboard surrounding the coin is slightly damaged.
