Set of 12x 1979 Provinces of Canada Medallic First Day Covers in Case – Limited Edition Sterling Silver Proof Medallions in Canada First Day stamp covers.

Includes CoAs for all coins and stamps on the back of the envelopes, as well as separate information cards. This set features all ten provinces and the two contemporary territories, with the capital cities for each on their corresponding medallions. The bubbles over the coins are scuffed. Light wear/dings, etc., on paper and on case.  A lovely set crafted by the Franklin Mint an "An official issue of the Canadian Postmasters and Assistants Association."

We estimate that these medallions are probably about 24.88 grams of .925 silver, for perhaps about 8.88oz. pure silver content.
