This set features twelve evocative images of the animals that make up the Chinese zodiac, as well as a large central medallion with the twelve signs arrayed around a central design. Several medallions, including the centre one, have scratches (as do capsules). The wood case also some wear/scratches, and the outer box a little wear. Includes a pamphlet from the RCM briefly describing the twelve signs. This set, one of 8,888, was distributed by the Royal Canadian Mint but hails from China.
