Histiaia, located in Euboea (also known as Evia), was a small, suburb like community outside of Athens. Little is known about this area, and it is possible that it rose in the late era. Histiaia is thought to be named after the Nymph Histiaia, a daughter of Hyrieus from Greek Mythology.

Obverse: The head of the nymph Histiaia facing right, adorned with a vine wreath, her hair rolled up, and wearing an earring and a necklace.
Reverse: The nymph Histiaia seated right on the stern of a galley, holding a naval standard.
