2000 Canada Knowledge Proof Like Set
The 2000 Canada Knowledge Proof Like Set from the Royal Canadian Mint makes a wonderful gift to give, as it reflects the notion of knowledge being handed down through generations. The 7-piece set of Canadian currency contains the “Knowledge” 2 dollar coin with a design depicting a polar bear and two cubs. This coin was to commemorate the path of knowledge winding down from generation to generation, carrying wisdom and experience. This reverse design, by Tony Bianco, replaced the regular polar bear design on the circulation toonies for this year. This coin set comes presented in an envelope, accompanied by a specification card and sealed in a plastic cover. The mintage of 186,985 includes both types of 2000 proof-like sets.
