2021 Polar Bear Canada Two Dollars ICCS Certified MS-64
The 2021 Canada Two Dollar coin's reverse features the traditional Polar Bear design within the inner core. However, in 2012, new security features were added to the Canada Two Dollar coins as a way to discourage counterfeit coins. These security features include two "virtual" maple leaves (top), two laser mark maple leaves (bottom) and, the words "Canada Two Dollars" lasered into the rim of the coin.
The obverse of this coin depicts the new effigy (uncrowned) portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
