In 1987, the Government of Canada replaced the $1 banknote with a $1 coin. The changes in the coins were drastic, compared to the Voyager Dollar Series and the reverse Voyager design was replaced by the image of the Canadian Loon. This coin was later lovingly nicknamed the “Loonie.” Add some fun into your collection with this 1995 Loonie Dollar Roll.
