This contest is open Canadian residentsaged 18 or over, excluding employees of Colonial Acres Coins (which is the“Promoter”) and their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionallyconnected with this contest draw.

To enter, an order must be placed throughthe website, colonialacres.com, beginning February 1, 2025, at 12:01am EST andending February 28, 2025 at 11:59pm EST. Entries are only accepted once per 24hour period per customer. Multiple orders placed within a 24 hour period willonly constitute one valid entry. Combined orders will only constitute one validentry. A valid email address must be associated with the customer account toqualify. Orders placed in the storefront or by phone do not qualify for entry,orders must be placed online for entry.

No purchase is necessary in order to enterthe contest draw. To enter with no purchase necessary, please leave a review ofour company on Google, and send an email with a screenshot of that review to jcowan@colonialacres.comwith full legal name, address, phone number, and valid email address within theexact timeframes of the contest. No phone entries or walk in entries will beaccepted. Access to the internet is necessary in order to enter.

By entering this contest, you are deemed tohave read and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves theright to disqualify any entries which do not comply with these terms andconditions.

The contest begins on February 1, 2025 at12:01am EST, and ends on February 28, 2025 at 11:59pm EST. A random winner willbe selected from all valid and eligible entries submitted during the contestperiod on the following business day (March 3, 2025).

The prize is as stated:
- One (1) 2025 ¼ oz. .9999 Gold Maple Leaf bullion coin, valued at approximately $1100.00 CAD
- no cash or other alternatives will be offered, delivered to single US or Canadian address.

Entries made on behalf of another person(except in your capacity as parent, guardian or equivalent), or joint entries,will not be accepted. Entries from agents, organised group entries, bulkentries or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.

The winner will be notified by the Promoterdirectly, via the email address provided with the customer account.

In the event that a winner has not provideda delivery address or does not provide a delivery address within 7 days ofrequest by the Promoter or is not able to accept the prize for any reason, thePromoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner and to award the prize toanother participant.

The prize will be delivered to the addressprovided by a winner within 30 days of the end of the Contest  Period provided that the Promoter hasreceived the winner’s correct delivery address details and (where deemednecessary by the Promoter) has been able to verify the winner’s identity. ValidID may be required to verify identity.

Inthe event that circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoteraffect, or could affect, the likelihood of the prize being delivered within 30days, the Promoter reserves the right to delay the delivery date until normalservice is resumed but will make every effort to avoid causing unduedisappointment to participants where such action is deemed necessary.

Winners are responsible for ensuring thatcomplete and correct details are provided to the Promoter in order to receivetheir prize; and, for collecting their prize from the mail carrier’s office ifthey are not at home when the prize is delivered.

By entering the contest, you confirm thatyou are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter mayrequire you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the contest inorder to verify this.

There are no cash or other prizealternatives available in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right tosubstitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability ofthe intended prizes.

In the event that circumstances beyond thereasonable control of the Promoter affect, or could affect, the properoperation of this contest, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amendthe contest or these terms and conditions at any time but will make everyeffort to avoid causing undue disappointment to participants where such actionis deemed necessary.

The Promoter shall not be liable for anyfailure of any third party to fulfill its contractual obligations although thePromoter shall try to minimise the effect of such failures.

No responsibility can be taken for entriesthat are not seen or taken into account by the Promoter for technical reasons.Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a resultof any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind orinaccessibility or unavailability of the internet. Proof ofsending/transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibilityis not accepted for e-mails/messages from the Promoter which are not deliveredas a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kindor as a result of an invalid e-mail or other address supplied by the winner, orwhich are not seen by the winner due to the ‘spam’ or ‘junk mail’ filtersettings (or equivalent) on their e-mail or social media accounts.

If you are a prize winner, you agree thatthe Promoter may use your name, and town or county of residence to announce thewinners of this contest and for any other reasonable and related promotionalpurposes.

The names of the winner can be obtained for30 days after the contest period by sending a request tojcowan@colonialacres.com.
To ensure fairness and the integrity of thecontest, the Promoter will not enter into discussions regarding the running oroutcome of the contest, but will respond to questions sent by email tojcowan@colonialacres.com.

By entering the contest, you are deemed tohave read, understood and accepted the Promoter’s privacy policy.

Insofar as is permitted by law, thePromoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances beresponsible or liable to compensate participants or accept any liability forany loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking upthe prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, itsagents or distributors or that of their employees.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shalloperate to limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury causedby its negligence or for fraud (including, but not limited to, fraudulentmisrepresentation) or for that which cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shallaffect the winner’s statutory rights.

If any provision of these terms andconditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, theremaining provisions of these terms and conditions will not be affected andwill remain valid.
