1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or participating in the Colonial Acres Coins Ltd. VIP Rewards Program (the “Program”), you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”).

2. Program Overview

2.1 The Program allows eligible customers to earn and redeem VIP Rewards Points (“Points”) on qualifying purchases.

2.2 Participation in the Program is free; however, an active customer account is required.

2.3 VIP Rewards Points and VIP Tiered Pricing are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

3. Earning Points

3.1 Points may be earned on eligible purchases made:

• Online through our website; and
• In-store, provided the Customer is logged into their account prior to completing the transaction

3.2 Points are awarded only on qualifying products and transactions, as determined by Colonial Acres in its sole discretion.

3.3 Not all products are eligible for Points, including but not limited to bullion, sale items, rolls, and other excluded categories.

3.4 Points are awarded at the time of shipment for online orders.

3.5 Points associated with returned, cancelled, or voided transactions will be removed from the Customer’s account.

4. Redemption of Points

4.1 Points may be redeemed at a rate of:

200 Points = $5.00 CAD discount

4.2 Points may only be redeemed at the time of checkout on the online store.

4.3 Points cannot be redeemed in-store.

4.4 A maximum of 2,000 Points may be redeemed per transaction.

4.5 Points may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon, or promotion unless expressly permitted.

4.6 Once Points are redeemed, they cannot be refunded, reinstated, or returned to the Customer’s account.

4.7 Orders where Points are redeemed are not eligible to earn additional Points on that transaction.

5. Points Expiry

5.1 Points expire one (1) year from the date they are earned, unless redeemed prior to expiry.

5.2 Expired Points will be automatically removed from the Customer’s account without notice.

5.3 Points that have expired cannot be reinstated.

6. No Monetary Value

6.1 Points have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be:

• Redeemed for cash;
• Converted into currency; or
• Refunded under any circumstances

6.2 Points remain the property of Colonial Acres at all times.

7. Program Limitations

7.1 Colonial Acres reserves the right to impose limits on:

• The number of Points a Customer may earn
• The number of Points stored in an account
• The number of Points redeemed within a given time period
• Points earned through specific promotions

7.2 The availability of redemption offers, rewards, or program features is not guaranteed.

7.3 Colonial Acres may:

• Modify the number of Points required for redemption
• Change or remove available rewards
• Restrict access to certain Program features

at any time without notice.

8. Account Use and Eligibility

8.1 The Program is intended for personal use only.

8.2 Colonial Acres reserves the right to:

• Deny participation in the Program
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Cancel or adjust Points

at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

9. Program Changes and Termination

9.1 Colonial Acres reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

9.2 Changes may include, but are not limited to:

• Point earning rates
• Redemption values
• Expiry periods
• Eligible products

9.3 In the event of Program termination, any unused Points may be forfeited without compensation, subject to applicable law.

10. Compliance with Applicable Law

10.1 This Program is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including those of the Province of Ontario.

10.2 Where required by law, Colonial Acres will provide notice of material changes affecting Points, including expiry policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Colonial Acres shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from participation in the Program;
• System errors, delays, or technical issues affecting Points; or
• Unauthorized access to a Customer’s account

12. Indemnification

12.1 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Colonial Acres Coins Ltd., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse of the Program;
• Violation of these Terms; or
• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity

13. General Terms

13.1 Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred.

13.2 Colonial Acres’ decisions regarding all aspects of the Program are final and binding.

13.3 Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver.
